Oliva provides proper mental health support for employees and managers through on-demand therapy, coaching, classes, and content to help people show up feeling their best and do their best work.
With a stellar internal design team in place, we collaborated closely with them to help craft the new identity that fit the company’s mission.
The wordmark and symbol for Oliva balance seriousness and approachability while focusing on the individual employees and ensuring they receive proper mental health support. By creating a simplified symbol, we can focus on the individual while creating a subtle connection to the name.
